MI-Store Web Integration Suite synchronises your store and web site into one integrated system - creating an easy-to-manage retail environment. The Web Integration Suite enables any till or back office terminal to effortlessly manage your e-commerce solution without additional web administration

Products are broadcast to the web from your existing system, where up-to-date user defined fields like web prices & stock levels are presented to your customer. Upon checkout web orders are then fired straight into your MI-Store system where they are converted into a customer order, processed and finally dispatched.

• Your website database mirrors the database in your offline MI-Store System. A sale on the web reduces the stock in both your store and on your website. While, conversely a sale in your store reduces both the stock figure on your website and in your store.
• New deliveries can immediately be published online at whatever web price you define i.e. at a different price to your in store price.
• Web orders are fed directly into your EPoS system where they are processed as customer orders - a system that your staff are already familiar with.
• All web orders are automatically tagged as web orders to allow management full analysis. Each web order is automatically attached to the history of an existing customer or a new customer is created – a marketers’ dream!
• If you have more than one store and want to use the stock from every store for web sales, using our system allows each individual store’s stock to be interrogated and the orders dispatched accordingly.

I do not have an MI-Store EPoS system
I think it’s a pretty fair assumption that you are interested in the MI-Store EPoS system but you should know that the web solutions offered are only applicable if you have or are planning to get an MI-Store EPoS System.

I do not have any website at present

My web site is an information site i.e. it has no product ordering system
If you like the look and feel of you present site our Web Team can emulate that and then build a complete e-commerce facility within it. The products can be selected by you and drawn directly from the live stock in your MI-Store System. This will allow your web customers to place orders directly on your site and pay by credit card simply using your present Merchant Account. You will still retain the authority to accept or reject every order and the reduction of stock will be reflected on both your web site and in your till.

My website has an ordering system but does not process credit cards
If you like the look and feel of you present site our Web Team can emulate that and then build a complete e-commerce facility within it or if you prefer, build you a completely new custom website with full e-commerce capabilities that will integrate seamlessly with your MI-Store EPoS system. My website is a full e-commerce website with both ordering and credit card payment.
We assume that to reach this stage you either are a web developer yourself or have contracted a web developer. In either case our Web Team is happy to work with you or your developer using our Web Services to enable you to not only access your stock data tables but also to deliver orders from your web site into your MI-Store system, plus a whole lot more.
